Tom Everitt is an expert on community engagement. After starting in his first role on a major project right after finishing his degree, Tom quickly impressed with his engagement skills and worked on the project for a further four years.
Since then, Tom has started his own company, working on some of the largest infrastructure projects in Victoria to deliver complex community engagement and stakeholder management programs. In this episode, he shares his insights into what makes a great leader, dealing with many different perspectives and priorities, and driving projects to successful outcomes.
